North Carolina guard P.J. Hairston has reportedly had the charges stemming from his arrest last month dropped, according to Greg Barnes of Scout.com's Inside Carolina. The junior was stopped at a license checkpoint in early-June, where the Associated Press (via ESPN) notes that police found a 9mm handgun, ammunition and marijuana.
